Terms of Service

These terms apply to window and property cleaning services provided by Complete Property Cleaning Norfolk Ltd ("we", "us") to you, the customer.
The service
- Regular residential cleans are carried out on an approximately six-weekly cycle. Exact dates may shift slightly due to weather, daylight hours or scheduling.
- Cleans go ahead in light rain. Modern pure water cleaning is unaffected by rain, and windows will still dry streak-free. In severe weather we will reschedule.
- We need reasonable access to the property. If a gate is locked or access is blocked on the day, we will clean what we can safely reach and charge the full visit price.
Payment
- Regular cleans are collected by Direct Debit via GoCardless after each visit. One-off jobs are payable on completion unless agreed otherwise.
- Prices are confirmed before your first clean. We will give you notice before any price change.
Cancellations and skips
- There is no contract or minimum term. You can cancel your regular clean at any time by contacting us.
- If you need to skip a visit, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled day.
- Repeated skipped visits may mean we can no longer hold your slot on the round.
Our guarantee
If you are not happy with a clean, tell us within 48 hours and we will return and put it right free of charge.
Liability
We are fully insured. We take care around your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as blown double glazing, degraded seals, flaking paint or unstable fittings. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
